Refunds only on in-stock items and exchanges within 10 days of purchase.

No refunds on specials, custom, or Bespoke orders. These sales are final.

No refunds on watch sales. All watch sales are final.
Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on our in-stock items, your piece must be in its original, brand-new condition, completely unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original luxury packaging. Any items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange for an eligible in-stock item, please contact us at connect@edwardavedis.com within your 10-day window.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to safely ship your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us instantly at connect@edwardavedis.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right right away.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
